ANSWER:
Lying is the ideal posture to rest, relax, sleep indispensable in daily life. Normally, people are habits, like sleeping or lying around with many different positions. Not everyone is aware that their way of lying has a lot to do with physical and mental health.
Actually, lying dutifully is also a way of cultivating. The posture reflects the mood and profound effects on the calmness of the body and mind of the lying. According to the wisdom of the Exalted, those who prefer to lie on the back express the desire, suffering torment. Therefore, lying on the back hard to aspire craving, hope than other postures. In addition, lying on the back will create a sense of pride, especially when sleeping can lose the posture.
The posture on the left reflects the mood of the majority of people who enjoy life. On the other hand, lying on the left side also affects the circulatory system. Thus, practitioners do not usually follow these two positions.
Lying on the right side, legs lined up like a lion is a posture full of posture, one of the virtues of cultivators. This is the position lying sand wall, creating peace, security for the body and especially the mind always reach the awakening.
Ideally, lying with the mind in the calm of the four meditations, this is the way of the Tathagata. To achieve this lie, it is best to practice the body with the lying lion's wall.Cultivation needs to be carried out continuously in four postures, standing, lying, sitting. Therefore, choosing the right way to calm the body is one of the important content of each Buddhist practice.END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.2/4/2018.
